He has led large-scale digital transformation initiatives and overseen end-to-end delivery across diverse geographies . Nitin’s expertise covers program governance, operational frameworks, mobile and enterprise application delivery, customer success, and building high-performing technical teams that consistently deliver measurable business outcomes. His strong command of large-scale execution and ability to align delivery functions closely with customer and business priorities position him as a key driver of Protectt.ai’s next phase of growth.
In his role as Head of Global Delivery & Solution Engineering , Nitin will oversee the entire delivery lifecycle from onboarding and integration to implementation, support, and long-term adoption.
