Tata Communications has tied up with Alibaba Cloud, a cloud computing arm of Alibaba Group, the company informed the BSE. The tie-up will enable customers from more than 150 countries, including India, to connect to Alibaba Cloud’s ExpressConnect via Tata Communications’ IZO Private Connect service.
With IZO Private Connect, users get easy, hassle-free, superfast connectivity for global enterprises to Alibaba Cloud’s Express Connect, which offers a reliable connection between the Virtual Private Clouds (VPC), the internet and end-users’ own network, the BSE filing said.
The stock had delivered returns of over 70 per cent within a year and had outperformed Nifty Services sector and underperformed BSE mid-cap over the same period.
Tata Communications Limited is a telecommunication services provider, including voice solutions (VS), and data and managed services (DMS).
The service provides connectivity for global enterprises to Alibaba Cloud’s Express Connect thereby enabling a secure connection between the Virtual Private Clouds (VPC), the Internet and end-users’ own networks.
Alibaba Cloud offers cloud computing products in computing, database management, networking, security and storage for global deployment.
