27th Mar 2017, Bengaluru/Team Estrade//– SIGMA India is pleased to announce that SIGMA CINE Lenses, crafted specifically for cinematography, will be available in India from April 2017.
In the first phase, two high speed, zoom line lenses – SIGMA 18-35mm T2 and SIGMA 50-100mm T2 – will be available in India.
The High Speed Zoom Line offers a constant aperture of T2 throughout the zoom range, and their outstanding optical performance makes them fully ready for high-resolution shooting in 6K-8K.
The lenses are currently compatible with Canon EF Mount and Sony-E Mounts, and SIGMA will introduce the PL mount shortly.
The MRP of the two SIGMA Cine lenses, which mark the company’s entry into cinema lenses, is INR 4,25,000 per lens.
The lenses will be available primarily through Shetala Agencies, and select authorized SIGMA dealers in India. The entire list of authorized dealers can be found at www.sigmaindia.in.
