Samsung Galaxy Note 7 is the successor to Note 5, skipping a generation to match company’s Galaxy S series.
With the unveiling date of Galaxy Note 7 inching closer, the web is piling up with leaks and rumours about the device. The Note 7 is leaked in every possible aspect and is also slated to launch on August 2.
It seems that the Korean tech Giant will follow its ritual of bringing the device to the subcontinent within a fortnight. According to 91Mobiles, the device will be launched for the Indian market in the second week of August.
We are already aware of the specifications the new flagship device will offer. Recently a new video surfaced on the web, reveals the device in its full glory.
On the specification front, the Galaxy Note 7 is expected to feature a 5.7 inch Super AMOLED screen with QHD resolution. It will be powered by either a Snapdragon or an Exynos processor paired with 6GB of RAM.
The Galaxy Note 7 can also feature a hybrid slot that supports both regular microSD cards as well as Samsung’s latest UFS cards. The UFS cards allow users to read data five times faster and write data two times faster than the existing microSD cards.
The integration of the iris scanner on the Galaxy Note 7 is also confirmed. The images revealed the instructions on how users can setup the iris scanner for unlocking their Note 7.
To fire up the snapper, users will get a 12MP rear as well as a 5MP front facing camera module with 3600mAh battery and IP68 certification. Almost every detail of the device is out, apart from its pricing. We will have to wait for the company to announce the price at the launch event.
