Muthoot Finance Ltd, India`s largest gold loan company on Tuesday 17th March 2020 declared an interim dividend of 150% ie., Rs15 per share of Rs.10 face value for the financial year 2019-20.The dividend will be paid to the shareholders on or before, the 15th day of April, 2020.
Last year, the company had paid a dividend of 120% ie., Rs.12 per share. This will involve a dividend payout of Rs.723crs including dividend distribution tax.
The Record Date for reckoning the shareholders who shall be entitled to receive the said dividend shall be Wednesday, 25th day of March, 2020.
