MAX, the country’s largest fashion forward brand, and the internationally acclaimed Elite Model Look, Paris announced the launch of MAX Elite Model Look (EML) 2016. This year marks the 3rd consecutive year of MAX Elite Model Look, the most prestigious modeling contest in the world, which offers thousands of girls and boys an opportunity to achieve their dream and to follow in the footsteps of top models such as Cindy Crawford, Stephanie Seymour, Gisele Bundchen, Sigrid Agren and Constance Jablonski. MAX Fashion and Elite team will be touring India (Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore and Chandigarh) with six castings that will take place from 27th August to 1st October, 2016.
Talking about the 3rd year of MAX Elite Model Look, Mr. Vasanth Kumar, Executive Director, MAX Fashion India, says “The MAX Elite Model Look is the perfect platform for aspiring Indian models who want to make it big in the modeling industry. Our team consists of experts and jury members who are a part of the successful Indian fashion and modeling industry and will be grooming and mentoring aspiring young Indian models on how to become the next super model. MAX Fashion aims to introduce such innovative platforms to pace up their journey to an international stage.”
Modeling, in India, is often considered more of a hobby than a profession. Main reason for this misunderstanding is the lack of the correct platforms and mentors. MAX has collaborated with Elite Model Look to provide a streamlined career path for aspiring models. MAX Elite Model Look, for the last two years, has been nurturing and guiding young models who want to make it big on both Indian and international runways.
A dream that becomes reality
For the 33rd consecutive year, Elite is organizing the most prestigious modeling contest in the world offering thousands of girls and boys (between the age of 16 and 22), the opportunity to achieve their dream and to follow in the footsteps of top models such as Cindy Crawford, Stephanie Seymour, Gisele Bundchen, Sigrid Agren and Constance Jablonski.
