Ducati launches the Multistrada 1200 Pikes Peak edition in India
Prices at INR 20 Lakhs, the Multistrada 1200 Pikes Peak edition will be sold across all the Ducati dealerships in India.
Ducati has launched the Multistrada 1200 Pikes Peak in India at a price of INR 20 Lakhs (ex-showroom, New Delhi). The special edition is based on the standard Multistrada 1200 S is inspired from the victory achieved by the bike manufacturer at the famous Pikes Peak Hill-climb challenge. As part of this special edition the bikes comes fitted with fully adjustable Öhlins fork and premium quality TTX36 rear shock along with ultralight carbon fibre componentry and the Ducati Performance Termignoni carbon fibre silencer.
The Multistrada 1200 Pikes Peak is powered by the Ducati Testastretta twin-cylinder engine and comes equipped with featured like full LED headlights that are fitted with cornering technology, wheelie control, traction control and cruise control. The Multistrada Pikes Peak comes with a TFT touchscreen and Bluetooth connectivity that allows you to connect your smartphone with the bike. The multimedia navigation systems can be operated via the switch gears on the bike. The special edition bike adorns the iconic Ducati colors of Red and white.
At the launch event, Ravi Avalur, Managing Director, Ducati India said: “The Multistrada 1200 Pikes Peak is a motorcycle in which touring capability meets performance. With its race inspired looks and cutting edge technology, the Pikes Peak is in a league of its own and we’re sure enthusiasts will appreciate this version of the Multistrada.”
