List a few things that stood out for you during 2021? Business, Personal or life-changing?
2021, taught us all that life is unpredictable and full of challenges. As they say, if life gives you lemons, make lemonade; make the best of it and enjoy what you enjoy. Lockdown was difficult for every organization. Companies struggle to transport their goods due to a shortage of trucks.
Though the government has permitted the movement and delivery of essentials goods, accessibility remains a challenge since the logistics were not moving at a fast pace because of many restrictions in place. There was a shortage of drivers since almost all of them have moved back to their hometowns.
Unavailability of sufficient labour at loading and unloading points was also hampering the logistics operations in the country. However, Antariksh Group as a team handled this time and headed towards the achievement of the organization goal.

It’s an absolute honour. It’s so inspiring. It’s a great recognition of the work we do. Awards are our rewards and this is what we work towards. Your views on Market Outlook in 2022?
If the pandemic slowed us down, it also means now as the market is opening up the world is our oyster and the only way is to move forward with vigor and focus. The logistic sector is considered to be an important sector to facilitate increased international trade in consequence of globalization and digitalization.
It plays a key role in economic development and growth of a country because the logistics sector helps to transport goods across the nation. The growth in the field of logistics sector results in competitiveness among the countries and thus it becomes a vital element of economic development and growth of the country and generating huge employment opportunities.
Any expert advice on the economic revival?
The market is opening up and it is time for economic revival. Everyone should play on front foot and put all their plans into action. Unless you take a leap of faith, you will not be able to enjoy the fruits of success.
As they say, the longer you stay on the wicket the more runs you score. Any words of wisdom for budding entrepreneurs and job-seekers in 2022?

One thing you are looking forward to in 2022?
Group has already bagged Warehousing project for 50 Lakhs sq. ft. on various locations. These projects will be constructed in a strategic location on Mumbai Nashik Highway, and we are excited to make things big.
