Waikato Inc was serving clients in healthcare, hi-tech and not-for-profit verticals around business intelligence, data management, application development and business process support. Waikato Inc has offices in both the east coast as well as the west coast.
Dhruv Management confirmed the acquisition for an undisclosed amount. Sunil Naik, Director said, “With this acquisition, we are looking to strengthen our service portfolio as well as presence in the US market within healthcare, manufacturing, insurance and hi-tech verticals. We look forward to serving the existing Waikato clients and also grow our footprint with the Waikato capabilities.”
