Coolpad has expanded its smartphone portfolio with the launch of its Note 5 Lite C for the Indian market. The device is priced at Rs 7,777 and will be available in Grey and Gold colour variants. The smartphone will go on sale starting August 5 through 3000 multi-brand stores across located in Delhi-NCR, Haryana, Telangana, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, and Maharashtra.
As for the specifications, the smartphone comes with a 5-inch HD display with 720 x 1280 pixel resolution and 294ppi pixel density. It is powered by a Snapdragon 210 quad-core SoC paired with 2GB of RAM and Adreno 304 GPU. It has 16GB of internal storage which is expandable up to 64GB using a microSD card.
It comes equipped with an 8MP rear camera with autofocus, while there is a 5MP front facing snapper as well onboard. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, and 4G LTE support and the handset draws power from a 2500mAh battery.
The company has also announced that it will unveil its flagship device on August 20 exclusively on the e-commerce website Amazon.
