Ltd & Excel Dwellings, a Bengaluru based developer today announced the city’s biggest sports-city – Codename Five Rings, within a proposed upto 100 acre township project near Sarjapur with advanced Olympics class sporting facilities, Olympic Styled Apartments, Plush Villas, and professional amenities with sports counseling programs.

The sports-city project will include a FIFA standard football field, Olympics standard running tracks, Olympic sized swimming pool, International standard Tennis, Basketball &Badminton courts, professional squash courts, cricket nets, and table tennis along with leisure sports such as Beach Volleyball, Billiards & Snooker, Rock Climbing, Cycling tracks, Skating rinks, and Aerobics etc.
The facilities will also comprise various facilities related to sports, and sports-leisure facilities in 8 Acres of Sports Arena designed exclusively within the township project to span over 100 acres in the near future.
The arenas are to be developed in consultations with QDC (Qatar Design Consortium) India, a world-class architecture & engineering consultancy firm. The other participating Architects for the residential parts are Space Matrix & Life Inside.
