“There is no material impact on housing segment of real estate sector so far because of Covid 19 . All depends on how long the outbreak lasts. Even then, it may only transitorily impair commercial and office space segment marginally to some extent, is my guess . On the contrary, if the rate cuts happen, it may be a booster for mid- income housing sales pick up.”
